Welcome to Set You Up for Success Coaching

I bring more than ten years of experience coaching individuals, teams, emerging leaders, and senior leaders, supported by an additional eighteen plus years working in the software industry across a wide range of roles. This combined background allows me to partner effectively with both people and organizations as they navigate growth, change, and complexity.

In addition to coaching, I deeply enjoy training and mentoring coaches, product owners, and teams in areas such as Agile, Product Ownership, and Team Psychological Safety. My work is grounded in the belief that clients are my north star, and my role is to help individuals and organizations find their best way forward in an increasingly complex and ever-changing world—leading with empathy, compassion, and curiosity.

I live in Bonney Lake with my husband and our two very well-loved (and very well-fed) cats. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring many forms of art, and regularly playing board games.

Training and Experience
My coaching education includes Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) for individual coaching and CRR Global’s Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). I have also completed advanced training in Agile coaching, Scrum, Executive Coaching, and leadership development. I hold certifications in ORSC, Agile Coaching, CliftonStrengths, Certified Scrum Professional–Scrum Master (CSP-SM), and Mentor Coaching.

I earned my International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential in 2020 and my Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) credential through the ICF pilot program in 2022. I also achieved my CliftonStrengths Champion® certification in 2023 and continue to pursue ongoing professional development aligned with the coaching and training I offer.
