Agile Product Owner (ICP-APO)

In this Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) training, students will learn a wide variety of Product Owner skills as you build your own faux product in small teams, allowing for actual hands-on skill building.   Over the course of 11 weeks or 2.5 days you will be in the trenches with your cohort, learning, taking it back to your context, and then returning to share success stories or challenges. 

You will learn the A to Z of Product Ownership, from product start-up to product sunset including; how to understand and build relationships with your stakeholders, builders, and users. How to prioritize and align your backlogs to achieve the highest value for your customers and your company. How to plan for product discovery and delivery, how to provide feedback, when to pivot and how to use metrics to measure product success. 

We also touch on how to grow yourself as a Product Owner.

Who this is for: New and Aspiring Product Owners, as well as experienced Product Owners looking for a refresh.

This course is delivered via Zoom and Miro over 11 weeks, running 2 hours each week from 5PM to 7PM Pacific Time Zone or in a 2.5 day format.

This course is taught by Samantha Sieverling, ICAgile Accredited Instructor.

Cost is $895.00 USD for individuals who sign up in advance by at least 30 days.

By joining us for this class at the end of the 11 weeks, you will be a Certified Product Owner (ICP-APO) and recieve the certification from ICAgile after completing a required survey.
