I have been helping to build great teams and help transform organizations for 7 years. I am passionate about helping teams find ways of working together that work for the team and organization.
One thing that seems to be consistently missing in many teams and organizations is team psychological safety. We know this through the latest Gallup Studies and Polls. The latest Gallup Studies are showing that employees are unengaged, quiet quitting, and stress for employees is going through the roof.
Come join me, a Professionally Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and Trainer, to help bring Team Psychological Safety to your teams and organizations to help them flourish.
We are now offering training and certification in Team Psychological Safety (TPS) here in the US, previously only available in Thailand from Peter Cauwelier, PhD. This training was developed to help team members, team leaders, coaches, and consultants to facilitate Team Psychological Safety in organizations.
On completion of the course you will also receive 28 ICF CCE credits.
The cost for the course is $1295.
